The Sacred Rhythm Circle Community is a free, heart-centered gathering space for parents and families returning to biological rhythm, nervous system safety, and soul-led living.
This is not a parenting forum or an educational debate space. It is a regulated, grounded community where families come to soften, reconnect, and remember how life feels when it is lived in alignment with the body, nature, and spirit.
Inside the Circle, you’ll find community connection, free and exchanged offerings, nervous-system supportive conversations, and invitations to slow down and live with greater presence and intention. This is where updates, announcements, events, and special invitations are shared, and where families walking similar paths meet without pressure or performance.

What ages is this rhythms best suited for?
Our collection is designed for children ages 4–12 and can be easily adapted for multi-age families. We provide guidance for simplifying activities for younger learners and enriching them for older children in our Sacred Circle Community.
Do I need to follow a specific method to use this?
Not at all! Our offerings complement a wide range of learning and connecting styles — from unschooling and Waldorf-inspired to eclectic and rhythm-based approaches, private schooling, public schooling or seasons that flow between. This isn't about a specific education style, this is not a traditional curriculum, it's a family rhythm ecosystem.
What’s included in the Cosmic Compass Year-Long Rhythm?
